Any User who accessed, trades through or uses the Website (hereinafter referred to as “User” and/or “Visitor” and/or “Customer” for ease of reference i.e. depending on a simple visit to the Website or whether he or she is ordering and buying or selling products or services) is deemed to accept these below terms unconditionally and without exception. In case of disagreement by the User with the terms, then it is his responsibility to refrain from using, visiting or any other transaction or use of the services from the online store.

• Correctness of Submitted Data

The User enters the mandatory (and/or optional, if desired) information mentioned in the registration form at the time of registration and/or when placing an order. Such information should be perfectly correct, true, accurate, and up to date and maintain such information correctly, truthfully, accurately, and up to date throughout the duration of the account. In case of subsequent change of any of them, the User should inform the Company immediately. Cancellations and Returns

This applies to items purchased from this site only.

We hope you’ll love every purchase you make from our website, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your order by simply notifying us by email within 14 days from the date you received the items. In case you have already received your goods, you must return them to us within 14 days from the date of the order was cancelled. The product must be returned to us unopened with any seals, packaging and shrink-wrap intact and we will issue a full refund or credit note for the price you paid for the item. This means a visual inspection and not a product trial.

Refund requests can be emailed to [email protected] along with your order number or phone number, or you can include the details in the package.

You have the right to request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product.

Return process: It is recommended to keep your tracking ID when sending items back via GAP Akis Express to ensure we can track your package. You can return the product to Gorgonon 14, PATSALOS PLAZA, shop 4, 6047, Larnaca, Cyprus, through any postal service of your choice. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Return costs: You are responsible for the return costs. Please make sure to include the order confirmation email with the package.

In general, please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty. Please package the relevant item securely in at least the packaging it was received and send it to us with a copy of your invoice so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.

Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Goods are offered subject to being unsold. In the event of non-availability of goods, we reserve the right to rescind the contract.
Prices and manufacturers specifications are subject to change without notice. Minor specification variations do not entitle the purchaser to rescind the contract.
Claims for damaged goods must notify within 24 hours of receipt, please inspect goods immediately.

Signing for goods accepts the goods into your care, and that they have been received complete and in undamaged packaging. You have the right to refuse damaged or incomplete parcels.
The cardholders name and address and delivery address must be the same for the 1st order.
We do not deliver to P.O.Box numbers.
The company policy is to dispatch goods within 48 hours of receiving your order, however this can vary subject to availability of stock. Times quoted are made in good faith, but shall not be binding. Late delivery does not entitle you to refuse or cancel the order.

Shipping Policy

For orders outside Cyprus please contact us at [email protected]to confirm that your requested items can be delivered to your destination.

Delivery will be made to the address specified when you make the order.
We aim to deliver your items to you within 3 working days. Whilst we make every effort to ensure all deliveries are complete within the said time, we shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control. We shall contact you to let you know if we are unable to deliver an item within the delivery time given.
A signature is required at delivery. By placing an order you are authorizing us to accept a signature from another person on your behalf if you are not present at the time of delivery. A signature is required for all orders.
